① Corporations (excluding information and telecommunications businesses) or prefectural organizations with their head office in Okinawa Prefecture.
② Established for 3 years or more.
③ Previous grantees of this project and group companies are excluded.

Personnel expenses (salaries, etc., for direct working hours of those directly engaged in the project), software introduction costs for data/digital technology utilization, cloud service usage fees, system construction costs, equipment lease fees, data purchase/addition costs, etc.
