- Subsidy rate: Within 1/2 (*2/3 if wage increase requirements are met)
- Target: Initiatives carried out by formulating a business plan of up to two years aimed at improving added value

- Subsidy amount: 500,000 yen to 7,000,000 yen (*Up to 10,000,000 yen if wage increase requirements are met)
- Subsidy rate: Within 1/2 (*2/3 if wage increase requirements are met)
