Navassist Co., Ltd. (Headquarters: Maebashi City, Gunma Prefecture; CEO: Daisuke Eguchi; hereinafter Navassist) is pleased to announce that its cloud-based roll call support system, "Tenko+ Mobile Version," has officially obtained equipment certification from the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure, Transport and Tourism (MLIT) for automated pre-duty and post-duty roll calls. Certification Numbers: JM26-023 (Automated Pre-Duty Roll Call) / JG26-029 (Automated Post-Duty Roll Call) Click here for more on Tenko+ Background and Significance The transportation industry faces numerous challenges, including driver shortages, long working hours for operation managers, and the personalization of roll call duties. In particular, handling roll calls late at night or early in the morning and inconsistencies in roll call quality across multiple locations are common problems for many operators. We have previously obtained equipment certification for automated pre-duty and post-duty roll calls for our robot-type "Tenko+ Robot Version Kebbi" and our stationary "Tenko+ Desktop Version." With the new certification for the "Tenko+ Mobile Version," remote automated roll calls using a smartphone (Android supported / iOS support planned) are now possible, enabling the implementation of automated roll calls even in environments where it is difficult to install dedicated equipment, such as inside vehicles or on the go. Features of "Tenko+ Mobile Version" 1. Drivers can complete roll calls on their own, even in vehicles or on the go With a smartphone (Android supported / iOS support planned), roll calls can be conducted anywhere, including inside a vehicle or on the road. For long-haul transports, such as a 3-day, 2-night trip, conducting the second day's pre- or post-duty roll call as an automated or remote roll call eliminates the need for the previously required "intermediate roll call" and "operation instruction sheet." This significantly reduces the on-site burden and cuts down on the working hours of operation managers. *Separate facility and environmental requirements (installation of photographic equipment to capture the driver, etc.) are necessary. 2. Supports both automated pre- and post-duty roll calls With this certification, the system now supports both automated pre-duty and post-duty roll calls. This makes it possible to complete a driver's entire daily work cycle on a mobile device. 3. Centralized cloud management of all roll call data All types of roll call data—including face-to-face, IT-based, remote, automated, and on-the-go—are managed centrally in the cloud. Roll call records are automatically created and saved, preventing omissions and errors, and ensuring a robust system for audits. 4. Extensive integration with alcohol detectors The system is compatible with alcohol detectors from major manufacturers such as Tanita Corporation, Chuo Jidosha Kogyo Co., Ltd., and JVCKENWOOD Corporation (KENWOOD). In some cases, you may be able to continue using your current equipment. Please contact us for details on compatible devices. Planned Release Date The automated roll call feature of the "Tenko+ Mobile Version" is scheduled for release on Tuesday, June 2, 2026. We will provide further details as they are finalized.
