Stay at the Newly Opened Hotel via Narita Airport: The Royal Park Hotel Maihama Resort Tokyo Bay Special Accommodation Plan Released

Ltd. are pleased to announce the launch of a special accommodation plan for 'The Royal Park Hotel Maihama Resort Tokyo Bay' (hereinafter 'The Royal Park Maihama'), which opened on February 13, 2026. The plan goes on sale today, March 27, 2026.

'The Royal Park Maihama' opened within walking distance of Tokyo Disney Resort as the group's largest property with 750 rooms. Embodying the concept of 'TRAVELOGUE: Memories of a Foreign Journey,' the hotel combines a unique space with features that support a comfortable trip, providing a stay that colors both the prologue and epilogue of your travels. The guest rooms are designed around the theme of the world's four oceans and offer a variety of types, primarily for four guests, with a maximum capacity of six, catering to families and groups.

This first initiative, a collaboration between the four companies, offers domestic flight passengers arriving at or departing from Narita Airport special rates at 'The Royal Park Maihama' along with exclusive benefits from the co-sponsoring companies. By using this special plan, guests can enjoy not only the exciting atmosphere and comfortable stay at 'The Royal Park Maihama' but also special offers at Airport Cafe NODOKA at Narita International Airport, the Nartanist official app, and Shisui Premium Outlets and Gotemba Premium Outlets.

A second phase targeting international flight passengers is planned for the future, with details to be announced separately. Mitsubishi Estate and Trip.com have been collaborating since September 2021 to propose and promote new travel experiences.
