## What is "Monisu Certification"?
"Monisu Certification" is a system implemented in April 2020 with the aim of companies and people with disabilities "moving forward together" towards a bright future and the realization of a better society. It aims to certify companies that serve as role models for employing people with disabilities, promote initiatives for disability employment in the region, and lead to the promotion of organizational diversity. Based on applications from companies, a review is conducted on 17 evaluation criteria across three areas: "Initiatives," "Results," and "Information Disclosure." Companies that meet the criteria are certified. Approximately 20 companies in Hyogo Prefecture are certified.

## 20 Years Since Founding: About Naris Cosmetic Frontier Co., Ltd.
Our company was established in 2005 as one of the initiatives by our parent company, Naris Cosmetics Co., Ltd., to embody its corporate philosophy of "for others." We aim to provide a workplace for people with disabilities, draw out their potential, and enable them to work with a sense of purpose, become self-reliant, engage with society, and contribute to society. After a preparation period, we began operations in 2006 as a special subsidiary responsible for cosmetic manufacturing. We established our company name and corporate logo with the desire to bring a new breeze to cosmetic manufacturing from Rokko Island.

At the time of founding, the number of employees was 27 (12 of whom had disabilities), but it has now increased to a total of 45 employees (28 full-time, 17 part-time) as of March 18, 2026. Among them, 5 employees have hearing impairments, 8 have intellectual disabilities, 2 have lower limb impairments, and 2 have mental disabilities, all working alongside able-bodied employees to demonstrate their abilities in daily production activities. Eight employees (6 of whom have disabilities) have been continuously employed since the company's inception. Furthermore, 2 of the 6 "Job Coaches" (company-based job coaches who support workplace adaptation for people with disabilities, as defined by the Ministry of Health, Labour and Welfare) are employees with disabilities. We strive to improve the quality of cosmetic manufacturing by establishing unique information sharing methods to foster diversity and cooperation to produce results. *The number of employees at the time of Monisu Certification application differs from the current number.
