Narelu Group's General Incorporated Association National Construction Human Resources Association Surpasses 2,000 Member Companies

General Incorporated Association National Construction Human Resources Association (Location: Chiyoda-ku, Tokyo / Chairman: Minoru Okano / hereinafter referred to as Zenken), a group company of Narelu Group Co., Ltd. (TSE Growth: 9163), which contributes to the development and advancement of the construction industry nationwide and operates a human resources referral service for skilled workers (craftsmen), which is rare in Japan, is pleased to announce that its membership has reached 2,000 companies as of June 2026.

Since fully launching its craftsman referral service in 2021, we have steadily increased our member companies and referral achievements, with approximately 700 successful referrals. Furthermore, the service areas of our member companies, which were initially concentrated in the Tokyo metropolitan area and three surrounding prefectures, now cover all 47 prefectures through the positive response from member companies and collaborations and partnerships with companies in various industries, steadily building our member base.

Narelu Group, which includes Zenken, positions Zenken's craftsman referral service as one of its growth areas in its medium-term management plan "Change and Growth 2030." We will also expand opportunities to provide DX solutions to member companies through collaborations such as the one planned with BRANU Inc. starting in July 2026.

We will continue to expand our member base through partnerships and collaborations with companies in various industries, while also strengthening our craftsman referral services, integrating construction DX services, and expanding our human resources database. Through these initiatives, we aim to realize Narelu Group's vision of a construction human resources platform.

We are pleased to announce that the General Incorporated Association National Construction Human Resources Association has surpassed 2,000 member companies. We are deeply grateful to everyone who has supported us over the years.

Our association launched its craftsman referral service in 2021 to help address the severe labor shortage in the construction industry. Initially, we conducted sales activities with low awareness of craftsman referral services, but we have steadily increased our member companies and have been able to achieve collaborations and partnerships with companies in various industries, such as regional financial institutions and non-life insurance companies. We feel that we are gradually contributing to solving industry challenges.

We will continue to strive to be of service to specialized construction companies facing labor shortages, as well as companies that have clients with such challenges.
