The Senshu Ikeda Bank has been gathering information on the importance of outsourcing and human resource needs from its client construction companies on a daily basis. However, particularly regarding the introduction of highly specialized craftsmen, they faced challenges such as licensing issues and a lack of in-house resources and know-how to handle such requests. Through this partnership, Contract and Zenken will leverage The Senshu Ikeda Bank's strong regional network and Nareru Group's expertise in supporting construction personnel to expand the craftsman introduction business in the Kansai area.
