日本菸草產業股份有限公司與JR東海集團的共創型在地媒體「conomichi」(以下稱「conomichi」),以「呼吸」為主題,啟動了探索人與地域新關係的地域共創計畫「CO-KYU」(こきゅう)(以下稱「CO-KYU計畫」),並已公開計畫網站。

本計畫是結合了JT企業研發組織「D-LAB」(以下稱「D-LAB」)所探索的「呼吸的價值」,以及「conomichi」所培養的「地域資源再讀」之Know-how的共同計畫。
作為第一彈,我們將與活躍於神奈川縣相模原市「森林、湖泊與藝術之鎮」藤野的「森之Innovation Lab FUJINO」(以下稱「森Lab」)合作,在透過五感體驗五行(木、火、土、金、水)後登上陣馬山的體驗活動「陣馬山Night Walk」中,實施加入「呼吸」視角的特別計畫。
■「CO-KYU計畫」發起背景與目的
為何是現在的「呼吸」與「地域」?
現代社會中,我們許多人可能因為忙碌、資訊過載等壓力導致身心緊繃,或是長時間的辦公桌工作、不良姿勢等原因,造成呼吸變得淺短。針對這個課題,JR東海集團透過其「conomichi」事業重新解讀地域資源的獨特性,並與著重於呼吸、探索心靈富足的JT集團合作,共同發起了「CO-KYU計畫」。本計畫旨在探索地域中熟悉的自然、文化與地域資源對「呼吸」的影響及其對身心健康的貢獻,並以呼吸為起點,開創地域共創的新模式。
探索人與地域的新關係
在「CO-KYU計畫」中,我們將從「呼吸」的觀點重新詮釋熟悉的自然、文化與地域資源,透過森林的聲音、風的氣息等五感創造新的體驗。深度呼吸並打開五感的時間,能舒緩身心緊繃,成為找回現代人常失去的心靈餘裕與健康的契機。同時,這些體驗也能培養對地域的親切感,建立人與地域之間溫和的關係。
