This is a confident creation that takes Pancho's other signature menu item, "Meat Sauce," arranges it in a Mexican style, and condenses the fun of tacos into one dish, stimulating the appetite.

"Taco-Supa," appearing from Tuesday, June 16, is a spaghetti dish that matches Pancho's other signature menu item, "Meat Sauce," with the Mexican dish, tacos, offering a slightly spicy flavor. The meat sauce has been arranged in a Mexican meat style, seasoned with Cajun and cumin. Lettuce and tomato salsa sauce provide a refreshing touch, while tortilla chips create the "authentic taco feel."

Customize to "Nachos Style" with Table Condiments and Cheese Toppings, or Make it Hot & Spicy to Your Liking

Pancho's unique appeal lies in its ability to let customers enjoy their meals customized to their preferences with table condiments and additional toppings. By adding shredded cheese (free) or baked cheese (paid) available at the table and mixing it with tortilla chips, you can enjoy it in a nachos style. Furthermore, adding tabasco from the table (free) transforms it into an even spicier and more refreshing summer flavor!

Okinawa's Soul Food "Taco Rice" Also Served as Inspiration

This "Taco-Supa" was born from a playful idea to express taco rice using Pancho's proud 2.2mm thick spaghetti instead of rice. Evolving from the Neapolitan-style "Mexican Supa" released as a limited menu item in 2022, this time, by using meat sauce as the base, the result is a dish where you can enjoy the "taco flavor" even more.

"I wanted to recreate the Mexican Napolitan from 2022 because it was so delicious," commented Pancho Daio (President Nojiri) during menu development.

About Spaghetti no Pancho

"Spaghetti no Pancho" is a specialty Neapolitan spaghetti restaurant that offers nostalgia by focusing on traditional ingredients and cooking methods. Their signature thick noodles are boiled the day before and allowed to absorb moisture, ensuring they perfectly blend with the sauce.
