In this situation, Nankai Electric Railway, in collaboration with the Kada Tourism Association and the Isonoura Tourism Association, launched the "Kada Sakana Line Project" to promote the attractions along the Kada Line, such as gourmet food including "delicious fish," scenic views, and hot springs. They worked on installing tourist station name signs at each Kada Sakana Line station (Higashi-Matsue Station to Kada Station) and conducting promotional campaigns.
Then, in April 2016, the sightseeing train "Medetai Densha Sachi," which can be called the symbol of this project, began operation.
