(Headquarters: Gojo City, Nara Prefecture; Representative Director and President: Chisato Tatsumi; hereinafter "Best Line"), which operates comprehensive transportation and logistics consulting, with the aim of promoting DX in the logistics domain.

Through this alliance, NAL's advanced development and technical capabilities and Best Line's long-cultivated transportation business know-how and customer base will be mutually utilized, aiming for the business development of both parties and further value enhancement in the logistics industry.

**■ Background and Purpose of the Business Alliance**

Currently, the Japanese logistics industry is urgently in need of digitalization for efficiency, as well as facing changes in the working environment, including the "2024 problem." Best Line has a vision of continuing to meet expectations as the lifeblood of society through "human power x IT power" and is actively investing in IT and automation.

On the other hand, NAL has supported the DX of many Japanese companies through AI-driven development (AIDD) and lab-style development, leveraging its strengths of "Japanese quality x Vietnamese agility." Through this alliance, the two companies will build a strong partnership in the planning, development, and operation of systems and digital services related to Best Line's business.

Based on the agreement concluded on February 24, 2026, collaboration will proceed based on the following matters:

Joint development of systems and software: New development, modification, maintenance, and operation of various systems, software, and digital services related to Best Line's business.

Provision of development resources and technical support: NAL's engineering resources and latest technical knowledge will be invested in Best Line's projects.

Formation of a specialized team: Building and maintaining a dedicated development team (lab-style) to design and develop systems according to Best Line's requests.

Digitalization of logistics know-how: Materializing Best Line's on-site knowledge into practical solutions with NAL's technical capabilities.
