About Nagomi no Yoneya (Yoneya Co., Ltd.)
Founded in 1899 (Meiji 32). The company began by creating "Kuriyokan" (chestnut yokan) incorporating local "Shiba" chestnuts, inspired by the vegetarian cuisine of Naritasan Shinshoji Temple, and selling it as a souvenir for visitors to Naritasan.
