Announcement of Leon Niihama's New Design Nagomilk 6-piece Special Package

Yoneya Co., Ltd. will release a limited-edition "Nagomilk 6-piece Special Package" featuring singer Leon Niihama, a native of Chiba Prefecture, starting May 19, 2026 (Tuesday).

"Nagomilk" is a milk manju born in 2019 to commemorate the company's 120th anniversary. It is a product featuring milk bean paste made with milk from Chiba Prefecture, wrapped in a moist, buttery dough. Its gentle sweetness and smooth melt-in-your-mouth texture are highly praised by customers of all ages.

This product was planned as part of a collaboration project that began when Leon Niihama was appointed as "Nagomi no Yoneya's Public Relations Manager" in June 2025. The package features a gentle color scheme inspired by "Nagomilk" and visuals of Leon Niihama in a special costume.

On June 24, 2025 (Tuesday), an event was held for Leon Niihama's appointment as "Nagomi no Yoneya's Public Relations Manager." The first special package version of "Nagomilk 6-piece" featuring Leon Niihama was released on June 25, 2025 (Wednesday). Please note that as of May 2026, this package is no longer available.

Furthermore, this new design special package includes one "Rakugaki Mini Card" (7 types in total, random) as a purchase bonus. The cards feature a message from Leon Niihama (a printed version of his handwritten message), making them highly collectible. Limited-edition rare cards are also available.

About "Nagomilk"

Born in April 2019 as a confection commemorating the 120th anniversary of the company's founding. It was developed with the concept of "sweets that connect smiles" and is appealing for its gentle taste using milk from Chiba Prefecture.

In February 2026, the recipe for the inner bean paste was revised, and a renewal was carried out to enhance the unity of the bean paste and dough. It has evolved into a flavor where the milk taste can be felt even more.

Founded in 1899 (Meiji 32). It began with the creation of "Kuri Yokan" (chestnut yokan) by kneading local chestnuts, inspired by the vegetarian cuisine "Kurikankan" of Naritasan Shinshoji Temple, and selling it as a souvenir for pilgrims to Naritasan. We produce various sweets such as yokan, peanut monaka, dorayaki, and seasonal fresh confections.
