Kyushu Eiken Gumi, the Kyushu base of Eiken Gumi Co., Ltd., has launched a new "Maintenance Business Division" starting July 1, 2026, in addition to its core construction business.

In recent years, as the need for measures against aging factories and existing facilities, safety improvements, and productivity enhancements has grown, the importance of maintaining and improving the value of existing buildings has increased. Against this market backdrop, our company is leveraging its accumulated construction technology and on-site responsiveness to enter the maintenance and renovation field.

This division will undertake maintenance and renovation work, primarily for factories across Kyushu. In recent years, there has been an increasing number of troubles due to the aging of equipment and buildings, along with a growing demand for improvements in working environments, strengthening of safety measures, and enhancement of production efficiency.
