Payment Date: June 30, 2026

Shareholders' Equity: 200 million yen after this transaction (150 million yen before this transaction)

Since our founding in 1955, we have been contributing to the development of our local community through our construction, civil engineering, and real estate businesses. Initially, we focused on private civil engineering projects in the vicinity of our head office. However, since Takanori Nagakusa became president in 2012, we have expanded our business areas to include private construction projects such as condominiums and factories, as well as real estate development in areas with development restrictions.

This investment recognizes our efforts in expanding our business through talent acquisition, regional development, and M&A, in addition to our order base as a comprehensive construction company engaged in civil engineering, construction, and real estate development, as well as our commitment to strengthening our management foundation.

With this investment, we aim to enhance our capital, further strengthen our financial base, and improve our management governance, thereby accelerating sustainable growth and our contribution to the local community.
