Conventionally, fluororesin coatings and aluminum alloy—the material of frying pans—have poor compatibility, so adhesives were mixed into the fluororesin coating to force them to adhere. These adhesives are vulnerable to heat and gradually peel off with use, causing food to stick. The evercook series applies unevenness called a unique anchor structure to the aluminum alloy, the material of the frying pan, making it possible to firmly apply the fluororesin coating without using adhesives.
