■ A New Luxury to Enjoy with Alcohol and Volume
This year's "Father's Day Gozen" maintains the elegance of a "gift to express gratitude" that has been well-received annually, while also catering more to modern tastes by focusing on "compatibility with alcoholic beverages" and "a satisfying volume."
The rice dishes have evolved from last year's single type to three varieties, allowing for a taste of different flavors: "Chirashi Sushi," "Pork Ginger Stir-fry Rice," and "Plum Shirasu Rice," offering a volume that satisfies men. Nadaman's unique Japanese menu now includes a newly introduced, vibrant "Shrimp Bisque Soup Jelly," adding new Japanese-Western fusion flavors to brighten celebratory occasions. Furthermore, in addition to the classic "Grilled Mackerel Saikyo-yaki," this year's menu also features "Potato Mochi with Cheese Miso Dengaku" and "Sakurajima Chicken Tsukune-yaki." The substantial side dishes are also perfect accompaniments for beer and sake.
The original design of the wrapping paper features yellow, the image color of Father's Day, and incorporates the sunflower's language of flowers, "admiration" and "affection," envisioning a scene that brightly decorates gatherings and dinner parties. Customers annually express their support with comments such as, "The sunflowers are vibrant and make me smile," "It seems to energize my father," and regarding the menu, "Comparing each dish with the menu became a conversation starter with my father."
