N2 Clinic Hotel Chinzanso Tokyo, operated by Kokkikai (Chairman: Hiroshi Nomura), signed an MOU regarding a comprehensive business alliance in Japan with Quantum Life Limited (CEO: Christine Yuan Huang, hereinafter referred to as Quantum Life), a precision preventive medicine AI platform development company in Hong Kong, on February 26, 2026.

Based on this partnership, our clinic will be the first in Japan* to start offering next-generation testing services "Gen-Decoder", "Epi-Insight", and "Omni-Health", which combine Whole Genome Sequence (WGS), epigenome analysis, and integrated diagnosis by AI. Through this, we will accurately grasp an individual's genetic background and current biological state, further accelerating the personalization and optimization of regenerative medicine.
*Based on our research (As of March 2026, clinical provision as out-of-pocket medical care)

■ Background and Purpose of Service Introduction: The Challenge of "Personalization and Optimization" in Regenerative Medicine
Due to the nature of using different cells for each patient, regenerative medicine has faced challenges in standardizing therapeutic effects and making objective evaluations. Since its opening, our clinic has collaborated with domestic and international academic institutions and bio-companies to provide closed-loop regenerative medicine (a comprehensive regenerative medicine approach that examines physical conditions, treats based on the results, and re-evaluates).

By utilizing Quantum Life's AI analysis platform "Longevity.Omics" introduced this time, it becomes possible to conduct analysis as an "N of 1 series"* that integrates an individual patient's whole-genome and epigenome data. Through this, we aim to establish the world's first academic evidence in the "personalization and optimization of regenerative medicine" and provide precision longevity medicine based on scientific evidence.
*N of 1 series: A method to evaluate the unique effects specific to a single patient.

■ Three Innovative Analysis Modules Introduced
Quantum Life's* platform consists of the following three main modules:

Gen-Decoder (Whole Genome Analysis): Analyzes the entire genome of about 3 billion base pairs at a depth of 30x. It presents disease predictions using the Polygenic Risk Score (PRS) and pharmacogenomic information evaluating drug metabolism capacity to assess an individual's "genetic risk."

Epi-Insight (Epigenome Analysis): Analyzes DNA methylation profiles to visualize "biological age" at the cellular level and "organ-specific aging states" such as the heart, liver, kidneys, immunity, and metabolism. It is a dynamic metric that can track changes due to interventions.

Omni-Health (AI Integrated Intervention Strategy): Adding clinical biomarkers to the above two data sets, AI references tens of millions of medical literature to generate personalized intervention plans covering nutrition, exercise, sleep, supplements, and medical follow-ups.

*[About Quantum Life Limited]
A health-tech company developing an AI platform for Precision Longevity Medicine, advised by Professor Qiang Yang of the Hong Kong Polytechnic University, a global authority in the AI field, and led by CEO Dr. Christine Yuan Huang.

■ Ethical Review and International Reliability
The introduction of this testing service has obtained approval from the domestic ethical review board. Furthermore, Quantum Life is a company headquartered in Hong Kong Science Park with the support of the Hong Kong government, and its systems have been adopted by major medical institutions such as Gleneagles Hospital Hong Kong. This test strictly complies with Japan's Act on the Protection of Personal Information and Hong Kong's Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance (PDPO), ensuring high data security.

■ Backed by an Expert Team
Our clinic and Kokkikai have welcomed Professor Emeritus Yoichi Nabeshima of Kyoto University (discoverer of the KLOTHO gene), an authority on aging research, as an academic advisor. In addition, the clinic's director, Hiroshi Nomura, also serves as a private researcher at the Department of Healthy Aging Medicine, Graduate School of Medicine, Kyoto University (endowed chair by Gakken Holdings), CMO and Director of "Gerok Co., Ltd.", a bio-startup originating from Kyoto University based on the department's research seeds, and Special Medical Advisor for Gakken Holdings Co., Ltd.
