"Next-Generation Research CODE: Moving Beyond Memory-Based Surveys to Uncover the 'Why' Immediately After Purchase" ~Diverse Industry Case Studies to Reveal How to Utilize it in Your Company~

In product improvement and advertising strategies, feedback from actual purchasers is indispensable information for achieving highly accurate marketing. It is necessary to get close to fresh, real customer insights of "why they chose it" immediately after purchase.

However, are you facing the following challenges with conventional research? - Surveys conducted after some time has passed result in answers that rely on memory. - You cannot verify if respondents are "actual purchasers." - You want to obtain data based on purchasing behavior but cannot find the appropriate means.

This seminar will introduce the next-generation research "Kailog Speed QA," which quickly reaches confirmed purchasers immediately after purchase by utilizing the CODE app, which has over 3.6 million purchase data points, as well as provide an overview of how to utilize CODE services. We will widely disclose case studies of its use in various industries, as well as an explanation of price acceptability surveys for new genre beverages in preparation for the liquor tax revision. The content is designed to give you a concrete image of "how your company can utilize it." Please utilize this new form of research, brought about by the combination of purchase data and surveys, for your company's marketing.
