We are scheduled to open a malatang specialty store, 'Fuen Malatang' (reading: Fuen Mā-rā-tāng), in Kushiro City, Hokkaido. The brand, which is rapidly growing towards a 100-store system with 35 stores currently confirmed nationwide, is finally expanding here. We will deliver a new food experience to the local community, allowing them to create their own original bowl with an authentic medicinal herb soup.

Dozens of ingredients to choose from! The joy of creating 'your one-and-only bowl in the world'

The store features a lineup of dozens of ingredients, including fresh vegetables, meat, seafood, and processed fish paste products. Customers can freely choose their favorite ingredients to create their own original malatang. The spiciness of the soup is also adjustable, allowing a wide range of customers, from spicy food lovers to health-conscious individuals who want to savor the umami of the medicinal herbs, and families, to experience 'their own unique deliciousness'.

Our restaurant adopts an experiential service style where customers select their preferred ingredients into a bowl to complete their own unique dish, allowing them to enjoy the process itself as entertainment.
