Mynavi Corporation's job information site 'Mynavi Tenshoku' announced the results of a survey on balancing work and childcare, targeting 800 full-time employees. Key findings show that 27.3% of female full-time employees raising children have experienced leaving their jobs due to childcare, mostly because they 'could not make it in time to pick up their children.' While about 90% of these women wish to continue their careers as full-time employees, over 30% of men prefer their wives to work part-time. The average score for workplace friendliness regarding childcare was 65.7 out of 100, heavily influenced by good relationships with superiors and colleagues.
