My Clerk Inc. (Miyagi Prefecture, Sendai City, Representative Director Hideyuki Kitagawa, https://myclerk.net/), which develops the remote assistant service My Clerk specializing in the FP and insurance industries, will begin accepting applications from April 1st for Financial Planners (FPs) to speak at "TV Station Hosted Money Seminars" as a new initiative targeting My Clerk users. This project is a special program that allows seminars to be held by leveraging the overwhelming influence of TV stations, while all complex tasks such as customer acquisition and administrative work are entrusted to us.
Since 2020, My Clerk Inc. has been involved in numerous media-hosted seminars. With the expansion of target areas, we are now commencing the recruitment of FPs to speak at money seminars hosted by TV stations in various cities.
Initially, we plan to start with continuous hosting in 10 areas nationwide, and subsequently expand the supported areas sequentially, with the aim of providing this opportunity to more My Clerk users.
3 Expected Effects and Benefits
1. Stable Customer Acquisition and High-Quality Clientele through Mass Media
The high credibility associated with TV station hosting is expected to attract a clientele with strong interest, whom we might not reach through conventional approaches.
2. "Increased Speaker Recognition & Branding" through Seminar Announcements in TV Commercials
As seminars will be advertised through TV commercials, the speaker's (FP's) recognition within the region will dramatically improve. This will be highly effective for your personal branding strategy.
3. "Complete Handover" of Complex Back-Office Tasks
All time-consuming tasks, including venue arrangements, MC arrangements, pre-registration management, reminder communications to participants, and preparation of participant benefits, will be handled on your behalf.
