The dream we want to achieve is to create a society where the work and achievements of people who support mobility are appropriately visualized, and that these transform into opportunities that encourage their next challenges and growth.

There are many people in the world who support people's mobility and underpin local life and the economy, yet their efforts are not recognized by existing financial systems. Despite having solid operational track records, they are forced to give up on securing vehicles or expanding their businesses because they lack the means to prove their creditworthiness. These structural issues constrain the potential of the mobility industry.

JMVL was established to create a world where anyone can seize opportunities for the future by realizing a system on the blockchain where on-site 'achievements' are fairly evaluated as 'credit'.

◼︎ Mobility RWA Platform "Musubi"

Musubi is an RWA platform for handling mobility assets connected to the real economy on-chain. It bridges the funding needs of developed countries with the funding needs of emerging countries through blockchain, realizing transparent RWA transactions linked to the real economy while serving as a bridge for both financial needs.

・ High Transparency through Smart Contracts

All records related to contract information, owned assets, and redemption are managed on the blockchain. Pre-defined smart contracts (automatic execution programs) automate transactions from payment to redemption, providing an extremely transparent transaction base that eliminates risks such as fraud, human error, and opaque fund processing.

・ Realization of Trustless Transactions (Isolation of Credit Risk)

To enable secure transactions even on anonymous blockchains, we have introduced a unique scheme where a third party pre-deposits assets exceeding the transaction face value. In the event that a transaction is not fulfilled, this deposited asset will be used for payment, thereby establishing a 'trustless' trading environment that does not depend on the counterparty's credit risk.

We aim for a society where people who work hard to support mobility, no matter where they are in the world, are fairly evaluated based on their achievements and can challenge their own future. As a concrete first step, we will launch a new service 'Musubi A/R' (tentative name) at the end of April 2026.

Musubi A/R will tokenize the receivables (future payment claims) based on contracts in mobility businesses in emerging countries, including Cambodia, as digital assets tradable on the blockchain.

・ RWA Freely Purchasable from $10

Receivables registered on Musubi can be selected and purchased using USDC (stablecoin) starting from a minimum of $10. It also supports short-term operations of less than one month, with maturity redemption amounts and fees presented in advance, and a system where settlement is automatically processed by smart contracts upon maturity.

・ Social Impact Co-created with the Real Economy

While digital finance is rapidly penetrating emerging countries, traditional financial services have not reached many people, as a significant portion of adults do not have bank accounts. Musubi A/R is designed to be a practical and accessible financing tool for those with limited financial access. It supports drivers and businesses operating in distant regions from a financial perspective, thereby realizing a 'cycle of prosperity' where profits are shared.
