We (Kurumido Coffee / Kurumido Kissaten: Kokubunji City, Tokyo, Owner Tomoaki Kageyama, Music Securities Co., Ltd.: Chiyoda-ku, Tokyo, Representative Director Hiroki Nakazono) are pleased to announce the opening of "Bunji Capital Market," a local capital market that realizes local production for local consumption of money.

This is a platform that connects finance and community by soliciting investments (support) from local people for businesses in the Kokubunji-Kunitachi area that are "taking on new challenges" or "protecting important things," using a business investment-type crowdfunding mechanism.

For businesses, it is a mechanism not only to raise funds but also to form supporters (fans) who will accompany them in business promotion for about five years. For investors, it is a mechanism to directly participate in initiatives that create the future of the town where they live. By realizing this within a single local unit, we aim to contribute to the creation of a "regional economic ecosystem" through the participation of both businesses and investors, and to serve as a foundation for business success and improvement in the quality of life in the town.

Bunji Capital Market supports such community formation not only at the stage of fund formation and fundraising but also throughout the fund's accounting period. The Kokubunji-Kunitachi area, with Mr. Kageyama, the guide for this project, as a core, already shows a rise in supportive social capital. By linking with such movements within the area, we expect to realize "warm money flows" rooted in "face-to-face relationships."
