**What is Unico?**
'Unico' is a fantasy work serialized in 'Lyrica,' published by Sanrio since 1976. The protagonist is a young unicorn named Unico. At the start of the serialization, it was in full color and featured a left-to-right binding, which was rare in Japan at the time, as an overseas edition was planned. The work is filled with Osamu Tezuka's innovative ideas, such as drawings that fill the entire frame and the use of vertically or horizontally long panels. It tells the story of Unico, who loses his memory every time he travels through time and space, spending time with various people and animals.
