Nominees Announced for "MUSIC AWARDS JAPAN"; Final Voting Starts, Awards Ceremony on June 13

The Culture and Entertainment Industry Promotion Association (CEIPA) has announced the nominees for the international music award "MUSIC AWARDS JAPAN 2026" (MAJ2026), which will be honored at the awards ceremony on Saturday, June 13. Final voting to determine the best works begins today, and the awards ceremony will be held on Saturday, June 13, at TOYOTA ARENA TOKYO and SGC Hall Ariake. [About "MUSIC AWARDS JAPAN 2026"] "MUSIC AWARDS JAPAN," the largest international music award in Japan with the concept of "Connecting with the world, lighting up the future of music," has announced nominees/artists in 63 categories for the awards ceremony to be held on Saturday, June 13, at TOYOTA ARENA TOKYO and SGC Hall Ariake. The Grand Ceremony, which honors the main categories, will be broadcast live on NHK, the red carpet event held before that will be broadcast on NHK BS, and the Premiere Ceremony, which honors categories other than the main ones, held at SGC Hall Ariake (Tokyo Dream Park), will be broadcast on TOKYO MX. In addition, the Premiere Ceremony and Grand Ceremony will be streamed worldwide (excluding some regions) on YouTube, a global project partner, and also live-streamed on NTT Docomo's video distribution service Lemino, ABEMA, and radiko, gold partners. Furthermore, short-form content will be disseminated on SNS platforms such as Spotify, TikTok, X, and YouTube.
