Full Program and Distinguished Lecturers Revealed for Musashino Valley Academia 2nd Term, Starting June 19

Musashino Valley Inc. (Location: Ota-ku, Tokyo; Representative Director CEO: Yoichi Ito) is pleased to announce the detailed program and list of lecturers for the second term of "Musashino Valley Academia," which aims to cultivate innovators who create new value without fear of failure, driven by entrepreneurship. The second term is scheduled to commence in June 2026, and applications are currently being accepted. An early bird discount is also being offered for applications received by Sunday, May 31.

■ Features of Musashino Valley Academia

Musashino Valley Academia is a school founded by Yoichi Ito, Representative of Musashino Valley and Dean of the Musashino University Faculty of Entrepreneurship, to develop entrepreneurial talent. In addition to 13 online sessions and two intensive training camps, participants can share their daily learning and growth on a dedicated Slack channel. Over six months, participants experience a dramatic shift in mindset, enabling them to take action towards the future.

Overwhelming Content

・Based on content practiced at Yahoo! Academia and Musashino University Faculty of Entrepreneurship.

・Developed along two axes: fostering mindset and promoting action.

・Diverse programs including two training camps, ZOOM lectures, discussion sessions, and 1-on-1s.

Community for Mutual Growth

・Flat communication with instructors is possible on Slack.

・Group activities and diagonal 1-on-1s are implemented. Academia students also learn from each other.

・Through lectures, training camps, and group discussions, participants form lifelong connections for mutual improvement.

Mechanisms for Learning Retention

・Daily reflections and weekly huddle meetings for all participants are conducted to promote habit formation.

In the first term, held from October 2025 to March 2026, 36 participants from across Japan joined.
