President Konishi explained the relationship between trauma and memory, her area of expertise, using examples from her own experiences. This lecture is also available as an archived stream.

Founded in 1924 with the ideal of character education based on Buddhist principles, Musashino Joshi Gakuin was established. Musashino University, formerly Musashino Joshi University, changed its name in 2003. Since becoming coeducational in 2004, the university has promoted reforms and developed into a comprehensive university with over 13,000 students across 13 faculties, 21 departments, 14 graduate schools, and a correspondence division.
