Musashino University (Tokyo, Koto Ward, President: Seika Konishi) co-hosted the "JEPN Student Reunion Day" with the Japan Education Pathways Network (JEPN) on Monday, March 16th, at its Ariake Campus.

Four years have passed since the Russian invasion of Ukraine in February 2022, and prolonged social instability continues in Syria and Afghanistan. Against this backdrop, the "JEPN Student Reunion Day" is held annually as a gathering for refugee students and graduates staying in Japan to connect and interact.

This event aims to provide an opportunity for participants to reflect on their experiences in Japan and consider their futures. This year, the event was held in three parts at our university. Students from Ukraine, Syria, and Afghanistan, as well as Japanese students, participated and interacted. At the reception party in the third part, Lilia Molska, who completed her graduate studies at our university last September, participated and performed a song.
