Musashino Co., Ltd. (Headquarters: Koganei City, Tokyo; President: Noboru Koyama), which provides management consulting for SMEs and the Duskin business, has split off its internal recruitment support and HR consulting business unit 'Kimete' and established 'Kimete Co., Ltd.' as a subsidiary effective May 1, 2026.

Furthermore, the new subsidiary's president is Atsushi Komine, who has led the business since its launch in 2018 and became the company's first internally promoted director in 2024.

Background and Purpose of the Spin-off (Subsidiary)

Musashino Co., Ltd. launched the recruitment consulting business 'Kimete' in May 2018, leveraging its own know-how that achieved a high retention rate of only 3% turnover over the last three years.

Since then, under the mission 'NO MISS MATCH (a world without mismatches),' it has provided new graduate recruitment consulting for SMEs, talent introduction, orientation and training for new hires, and various talent management tools.

With the recent labor shortage and intensifying recruitment environment, issues of hiring and retention for SMEs have become even more advanced. By spinning off this business unit as a subsidiary, the company aims to accelerate management decision-making and further enhance service specialization.

While maximizing synergies within the Musashino Group, it will provide even stronger support for the growth of SMEs and young people across Japan.
