This time, the seminar was divided into three parts, thoroughly explaining scientific personnel placement using assessments and methods for building a "self-driven organization" where employees act autonomously based on cognitive science.
Through case studies and cross-talks, practical knowledge was condensed to transform individual characteristics into organizational strength and accelerate goal achievement.

Part 1 explained the importance of the paradigm shift from "the right person in the right place (person-first)" to "the right place for the right talent (role-first)."
Using the assessment tool "MARCO POLO," which visualizes the invisible deep psychology (human core) of individuals, the seminar scientifically analyzed how individuals "shine" and "how to make them shine" within an organization. Practical knowledge directly applicable to work, such as management methods for "dark power" hidden in highly potential talent, was shared.
Additionally, in the "Paper Tower Work" conducted among participants, they physically experienced how team behavior and communication styles differ depending on individual characteristics.
