Multibook Announces New Features for Cloud ERP 'multibook'

Multibook Co., Ltd. (Headquarters: Shinagawa-ku, Tokyo; Representative Director: Tadaaki Murayama), a provider of support for overseas core business systems of domestic and international companies, announces the release of new features for its low-cost cloud-based ERP software, "multibook." Details of New Features: 1. Vietnamese Version (Additional Language) Vietnamese is now available. 2. Temporary Voucher Update Function (Functional Improvement) Improved functionality intended for use in BPO, shared services, and bookkeeping agencies. Enabled management of temporary voucher statuses (import, remand, completion, approval, etc.). Also, improved functionality to allow the input of department codes, user IDs, and summaries when scanning vouchers. 3. Sales Order Management (New Feature) Added sales order management functionality that allows for centralized management of sales order information from customers. It is now possible to register sales orders, inquire about vouchers at the voucher/item level, and download them. Furthermore, it is possible to register invoice vouchers by specifying sales order vouchers. 4. Budget Management Function (New Feature) Enabled the registration and management of budgets by budget type (budget version), such as initial budget and revised budget. Budget registration can be performed via Excel upload, allowing budget management by displaying budgets in financial statements (e.g., department-specific P/L). 5. Project Accounting Function (New Feature) Added projects as master data to multibook, enabling the setting of project codes in a hierarchical structure. (Settings via Excel upload are also possible.) Project accounting functionality enables the output of project-specific P/L and budget-vs-actual management. 6. Third-Currency Function (New Feature) The third-currency function enables: 1. Recombination of fiscal periods (e.g., viewing balances by converting a December closing company into a March closing), and 2. Balance and journal inquiries in a third currency. (Example: Thai subsidiary with a Japanese headquarters) Transaction Currency (1st): Thai Baht (THB), USD, JPY (foreign currency-denominated accounts receivable/payable management) Company Currency (2nd): Thai Baht (THB) (financial statements for Thailand) Third Currency (3rd): Japanese Yen (JPY) (group financial statements)
