In February 2026, ueen officially released its "Rent a Car" car sharing and rental car function, primarily in Kyoto city. With the new "Call a Car" dispatch function, users will be able to access not only car sharing and rental cars but also taxis, airport transfers, and premium transfers via the ueen app. This service will initially roll out sequentially in the Kyoto, Tokyo, and Okinawa areas, with plans to expand service areas and partner businesses.

1. Taxi Dispatch Service A taxi dispatch service will be available through the ueen app in select areas of Kyoto city. In addition to immediate dispatch, the service will also support advance reservations with specified times.

2. Airport Transfer Service Users can arrange airport transfer services connecting airports and city areas through the ueen app. The service areas at the time of launch are as follows:

The airport transfer service offers a fixed fare, allowing for peace of mind as the usage fee is determined in advance.
