(hereinafter "the Company") will exhibit a booth at the "International Modern Hospital Show 2026," Japan's largest comprehensive exhibition for health, medical, and welfare related fields, to be held from July 8 (Wed) to 10 (Fri) at Tokyo Big Sight. We will be showcasing our comprehensive health checkup support app "CARADA Kenshin Support," which connects individuals with health checkup institutions.

On the day, in addition to "CARADA Kenshin Support," we will also exhibit DAYSIO Inc.'s (hereinafter "DAYSIO") cloud-based health checkup system "DAYS-Daidai-", Mnes Inc.'s (hereinafter "Mnes") fully cloud-based health checkup image interpretation system "LOOKREC Screening", and the image diagnosis support system AI integration solution "LOOKREC EIRL Connect" provided by LPIXEL Inc. (hereinafter "LPIXEL").

The Company is advancing collaboration with DAYSIO and Mnes, and with the cooperation of LPIXEL, aims to realize a "next-generation integrated health checkup system" that supports the entire process from health checkup reservations to examinations, image diagnosis support, and digital result delivery. This will evolve beyond just health checkups to become a starting point for subsequent health management and medical care.

◆Aiming to Realize a "Next-Generation Integrated Health Checkup System" for Continuous Health Support Through the Utilization of Health Checkup Data

In Japan, while a health checkup system is in place to maintain and promote national health and detect diseases early, health checkup data is not sufficiently utilized for post-examination health management and medical care. For example, the implementation rate of specific health guidance in FY Reiwa 5 was only 27.7% of the target individuals*1, indicating cases where health checkups do not lead to continuous health management or behavioral changes.

Against this backdrop, the Company, in collaboration with DAYSIO and Mnes, aims to realize a "next-generation integrated health checkup system." This system will connect our "CARADA Kenshin Support," which handles reservations and result viewing from the patient's side; DAYSIO's "DAYS-Daidai-", which handles reservation/result management and report output; Mnes's "LOOKREC Screening", which handles image management, sharing, and health checkup interpretation systems for images such as CT and X-rays taken during checkups; and "EIRL" provided by LPIXEL to Mnes, which detects candidate abnormalities from images using AI for diagnostic support.

This is expected to not only improve operational efficiency for health checkup institutions but also provide a mechanism for patients to make health checkup reservations and view results from their smartphones, as well as to easily understand AI-generated image analysis results, thereby deepening their understanding of their own health status and leading to subsequent actions such as seeking medical attention or improving lifestyle habits.

In the future, we aim to support continuous health management after checkups by accumulating and utilizing health checkup data as the individual's PHR (Personal Health Record) and promoting collaboration with regional medical services such as medical institutions and pharmacies.

The Company will transform health checkups into a "starting point for care" that leads to optimal health support and preventive actions for each individual, contributing to the realization of next-generation primary care.
