This summer, our hotel will offer afternoon tea for the first time. We have expressed a world of pink, with Wakayama's proud summer fruit as the star, in each dish. For sweets, we offer six varieties, including a tart where rich cheese and juicy peaches intertwine, a mousse characterized by its adorable peach shape, and a smooth verrine. Especially the Peach Melba, combining vanilla ice cream with raspberries, leads the sweetness of the peach to a profound flavor. For savories, we have four exquisite items, such as a slider burger that condenses the deliciousness of the ingredients despite its small size, crispy tarts, and refreshing caprese, where the saltiness of prosciutto and salmon enhances the gentle sweetness of the peach. The accompanying tea is "Art of Tea," which is committed to organic tea leaves.
