The Westin Hotel Sendai (Aoba-ku, Sendai, General Manager Kazuyuki Shimoshige) will launch a limited-time menu, "Seasonal Parfait & Cocktail -MANGO-", featuring mango, one of the world's three most beautiful fruits and known as the "King of Fruits," at the Lounge & Bar Horizon (26th floor) from Saturday, May 16, 2026, to Friday, July 17, 2026.

Mango, with its rich sweetness reflecting the sunlight and popularity in a wide range of sweets, takes center stage. The view from the 26th floor reflects the vibrant colors of the mango, making the glass even more beautiful.

The "MANGO Parfait" generously uses domestic mangoes, with layers of smooth mango pudding, juicy fruit pulp, and mango-infused sponge cake. Sliced mangoes are arranged on top to resemble flower petals, creating a visually stunning dish. Mellow coconut ice cream and a light, tart passion fruit seed sauce add depth to the aroma, creating a taste perfect for early summer.

During the same period, a frozen cocktail, "MANGO Daiquiri," will also be offered, combining rum with mango juice and topped with a cream made from yogurt and fresh cream. Enjoying it with the parfait creates an even more impressive refreshing aftertaste. In addition, two other seasonal cocktails, "Citrus Tea Breeze" and "Starry Rain" with green shiso, will be available.
