Re-Well Expands to Shizuoka with First Center Offering a 94% Annual Retention Rate in Return-to-Work Support

Re-Well Co., Ltd. (Shinagawa-ku, Tokyo, CEO: Yukio Suzuki), which provides return-to-work support and employment transition support services for individuals with mental health issues, will open "Re-Well Shizuoka Center," its third base for its welfare service center "Re-Well Rework Center" that supports return to work and employment, on April 1, 2026 (Thursday) in Shizuoka City, Shizuoka Prefecture. This center will be operated by Fujieap Center Co., Ltd. as a franchise store.

"Re-Well Rework Center" is a welfare service center that supports individuals who have taken leave or left their jobs due to mental health issues such as depression and adjustment disorder, assisting them in returning to work and employment. It provides high-demand programs like Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) by specialized professionals, offering a relaxing space and over 100 diverse programs to support return to work and employment in various industries, including information and communication, medical/welfare, and finance/insurance.

Now, following Yoyogi and Omiya, the "Re-Well Shizuoka Center," its third base, will open on April 1, 2026. Leveraging the know-how of "Re-Well Yoyogi Center" and "Re-Well Omiya Center," which boast an annual retention rate of 94%※1 and a user satisfaction rate of 92.9%※2, we will support more people in returning to work and employment.
