This will be the third location for "Rewell Rework Center," a welfare service center that supports individuals in returning to work and gaining employment. This center will be operated as a franchise by Fuji EAP Center Inc.

"Rewell Rework Center" is a welfare service center that supports individuals who have taken leave or resigned due to mental health conditions such as depression and adjustment disorder, in returning to work or finding employment. Professionals implement programs with high user demand, such as cognitive behavioral therapy, and by providing a relaxing environment and over 100 diverse programs, they support individuals in returning to or finding employment in various industries, including information and communication, medical and welfare, finance, and insurance.

Following Yoyogi and Omiya, "Rewell Shizuoka Center" will open as the third location on April 1, 2026. Leveraging the expertise of "Rewell Yoyogi Center" and "Rewell Omiya Center," which boast an annual retention rate of 94%*1 and user satisfaction of 92.9%*2, the new center will support even more people in returning to work and employment.
