Transfer of Future Co-Creation Initiative to Platinum Concept Network and Business Alliance

Mitsubishi Research Institute, Inc. (President & CEO: Kenji Yabuta; hereinafter 'MRI') announced on June 1 that it has transferred the business of the Future Co-Creation Initiative (ICF), which it has hosted and operated, to the Platinum Concept Network (PNW; Chairman: Hiroshi Komiyama). By entering into a business alliance, the two organizations aim to accelerate social implementation under a unified promotion structure. By combining their expertise and networks, they seek to expand and strengthen co-creation activities to solve social issues, create new markets, and enhance sustainable social value. ICF was established in April 2021 and has over 600 member organizations. PNW was established in August 2010 and has approximately 500 member organizations. The networks of both organizations are complementary, and their integration will further expand the scope of community activities. The secretariats were integrated as of June 1, and all operations are scheduled to be fully merged by April 1, 2027. During the transition period, members of both organizations will generally be able to participate in each other's activities.
