GONNA DAYS, a specialty salad and delicatessen (operated by Mr. LAND Co., Ltd.; Chiyoda-ku, Tokyo; President: Rei Nazuka), will present "Hawaiian Food Selection" at GONNA DAYS Tokyu Kichijoji store from Thursday, July 2, 2026.

Incorporating Western vegetables and summer produce grown at the company's own farm, and inspired by on-site research in Hawaii, the fair will offer three new menu items designed to help balance the body from within, as well as recommended summer dishes paired with fruits. Prior to the fair, GONNA DAYS will also stage a Hawaiian-themed installation in a corner of the Tokyu Department Store Kichijoji window beginning Thursday, June 25, featuring bright, tropical colors to create an uplifting display.

◆Background: Hawaii’s food habits that help "reset" the body, discovered through field research

GONNA DAYS regularly sends staff to the United States—cities such as Los Angeles and Hawaii—to study local food culture first-hand. In the U.S., there is a strong emphasis on using food to maintain internal health, and people tend to be deliberate about ingredient choices and eating habits.

In Hawaii in particular, the food culture has developed strategies for maintaining nutritional balance and continuing to eat deliciously and conveniently even in hot climates. Combining insights from these field studies with Western vegetables grown at the company's own farm in Sanmu (Sambu), Chiba Prefecture, GONNA DAYS will present "Hawaiian Food Selection" in Kichijoji this summer as an opportunity to enjoy Hawaiian-inspired cuisine.

◆Product features: a summer dining experience blending farm-grown vegetables and Hawaiian culture

The fair includes new dishes inspired by Hawaii’s sense of openness, color, and local foods. Centered on Western vegetables grown on the company’s farm and familiar seasonal summer vegetables in Japan, menus combine seafood, fruit, spices, and herbs to realize the brand concept of "a richer, more colorful, and more personal inner-beauty." During the event, visitors can expect a vibrant lineup that emphasizes not only visual appeal but also aroma and texture, bringing a resort-like lift to everyday meals.
