Domaine Paul Mas's Promotion of Sustainable Winemaking

For many years, the company has been engaged in environmentally friendly grape cultivation, including HVE certification (High Environmental Value certification). As part of its continuous efforts in organic winemaking, it has now acquired organic JAS certification to formalize these initiatives.

The three certified products will be shipped with a unique "Organic JAS Certification Neck Tag" produced by Mottox. This will make it easier for consumers to identify organic wines.

Strengthening the Product Lineup in Response to the Revised JAS Law Enforcement

Mottox's uniquely produced "Organic JAS Certification Neck Tag"

With the enforcement of the revised JAS Law (October 1, 2025), organic JAS certification has become a prerequisite for displaying "organic" on alcoholic beverages. In response, Mottox is expanding its handling of certified wines and aiming to enhance its lineup in terms of origin, grape variety, taste, and price range, with the goal of improving clarity of labeling and ease of proposal.

As a concrete initiative, a project team responsible for in-house sales promotion planning led the production of the "Organic JAS Certification Neck Tag." The neck tag features the tagline "Nature's bounty, poured into your glass." Wine is an alcoholic beverage derived from agricultural products, and organic wines, made from grapes grown without relying on pesticides or chemical fertilizers, are truly a bounty of nature.

In terms of design, to visually express this concept, a leaf motif was used to represent a drop, simply and clearly depicting nature itself transforming into wine and being poured into a glass.

Mottox will continue to strengthen its lineup of organic JAS certified wines and promote their value to meet the needs of both consumers and restaurants.
