MOS Food Services Co., Ltd. (President: Eiso Nakamura, Head Office: Shinagawa-ku, Tokyo), the operator of MOS Burger, will host the 'MOS Prefectural Vegetable Festival' from Friday, June 26 to Sunday, June 28, 2026, at all nine MOS Burger locations in Ishikawa Prefecture. The event will feature menu items made with tomatoes produced by 'JA Komatsu City,' MOS's contracted farming partner in Ishikawa. During the same period, Ishikawa-grown tomatoes will also be used at all MOS Burger stores in Toyama and Fukui Prefectures, along with the sale of limited regional products.
'Extra Large Tomato MOS Vegetable Cheese Burger'
'Extra Large Tomato Chili Burger'
This festival, which highlights locally grown vegetables, is held nationwide as a gesture of gratitude to local communities and customers who support MOS Burger stores. This marks the first time the event is being held in Ishikawa Prefecture.
Throughout the event period, all menu items using fresh tomatoes across the three Hokuriku prefectures—Ishikawa, Toyama, and Fukui—will feature tomatoes produced by 'JA Komatsu City' (Komatsu City, Ishikawa Prefecture). Additionally, two limited-time products—'Extra Large Tomato MOS Vegetable Cheese Burger' and 'Extra Large Tomato Chili Burger'—will be sold. These juicy, hearty burgers are available for a limited time only. Furthermore, fresh Ishikawa-grown tomatoes will be sold individually during the event (200 yen per tomato; limited quantity, while supplies last).
Ahead of the event, on Wednesday, May 27, 2026, store owners and managers from the Hokuriku region visited the production site at 'JA Komatsu City.' They directly heard from farmers about the challenges of tomato cultivation and participated in a tomato harvesting experience, deepening their understanding of the vegetables used in MOS stores.
