Morisawa Inc. will begin sponsoring the 'Morisawa Fonts NEW WAVE OF START UP' segment on the new FM radio J-WAVE (81.3FM) program 'SYNCREATE' starting Friday, April 3, 2026.
'SYNCREATE' is a new program where technology, art, music, and creativity intersect, collaborating with various digital platforms, media, and artists to generate unpredictable new value and innovation. It will be navigated by Tom Kawada of the development unit AR San Kyodai and freelance announcer Anna Nakagawa as the flagship program for J-WAVE's April 2026 reorganization theme, "Syncreate."
In 'Morisawa Fonts NEW WAVE OF START UP,' representatives from startups and new projects will generate new business through discussions with the navigators. She was in charge of programs like "Sunday Sport" and "Asaichi," and served as a host for broadcasts of the Tokyo and Paris Olympics, as well as the Soccer and Rugby World Cups. She has gained a wide range of experience, mainly in sports reporting, and has carefully conveyed the voices of athletes and those on site. She left NHK in March 2025 and began working as a freelance announcer in April. Leveraging her language skills and overseas experience, she is active not only in sports and information programs but also in variety shows.
