Pino 50th Anniversary / Pokémon 30th Anniversary! Pokémon-themed Pino Packages Released!

Morinaga Milk Industry will release 'Pino (Pokémon Package)' starting in early April, 'Pino Chocolate Assort (Pokémon Package)' from mid-April, and 'Pino Season Assort (Pokémon Package)' on April 20th (Mon), all in limited quantities nationwide. Pino is a long-selling bite-sized ice cream brand that has been loved since 1976 and will celebrate its 50th anniversary in October 2026. To celebrate this milestone, we are releasing packages featuring the popular Pokémon, which also celebrates its 30th anniversary this year. The Pokémon packages will be available in three products: 'Pino', 'Pino Chocolate Assort', and 'Pino Season Assort'. You can trace the history of the Pokémon series, which has been loved across generations, as Pokémon from nine regions appear on the packages. The 'Pino (Pokémon Package)' features 5 types of packages, including 3 regular designs and 2 rare designs featuring Pikachu and Diglett. The inside of the packages includes a hidden picture game. Furthermore, we have prepared exciting features such as original Pokémon picks (10 types + Mew) and trays with rare engravings. The assortment types feature silhouette quizzes on the individual wrappers and the return of the 'Pino Gacha' craft project, which can be built using two boxes. The flavors include Vanilla, Almond, and Chocolate for the Chocolate Assort, and Vanilla, Strawberry, and Chocolate Mint for the Season Assort. Chocolate Mint is a popular flavor and is being adopted in an assortment type for the first time.
