"The Wall of Fools" series has sold over 7 million copies, and his latest work "The Wall of Life" quickly became a bestseller. Dr. Takeshi Yoro, an anatomist and a great insect enthusiast, possesses a unique way of thinking that fascinates many. Last year, at the age of 86, he suffered from cancer, which is said to have deepened his reflections on people and life.

This program is dedicated to asking Dr. Yoro extensively about "life." What does it truly mean to "live"? What should people cherish in life? Why can't I live the way I want? How should we, who face the walls of life, move forward? This program approaches these questions through Dr. Yoro's perspective.

In this episode, Dr. Yoro shares profound words backed by his knowledge and experience, such as "Let's have flexibility in our way of thinking," "It's not just about enduring," "It's good if work benefits you in some way," "Some things are more valuable than money," "Don't compare yourself too much to others," "Japanese organizations as seen through 'The Enemy Within' (Seicho Matsumoto, 'Sadoryuninko Masterpiece Short Story Collection [IV]' Shinchosha Bunko)," and "The points to endure vary from person to person." Please listen to it during your commute, or during breaks from work or housework.

Recommended book: "I Cannot Live Alone" (Shizue Yoro, Shueisha Bunko)
