With his 'The Wall of Fools' series surpassing 7 million copies in total sales and his latest book 'The Wall of Life' quickly becoming a bestseller, Takeshi Yoro is an anatomist, a huge insect lover, and a man whose unique thinking fascinates many. Turning 86 last year and having suffered from cancer, he is said to have further deepened his reflections on humans and life.
This program is designed to thoroughly ask Yoro-sensei about 'life'.
What is the meaning of 'living' in the first place? What should people value in life? Why can't I live the way I want? How should we, who hit walls in life, move forward? Through Yoro-sensei's perspective, we approach these questions.
In this main episode, insightful words backed by Yoro-sensei's culture and experience will be spoken, such as 'Let's have leeway in our thinking', 'It's not just about enduring', 'It's fine if work benefits you in some way', 'Some things cannot be replaced by money', 'Don't compare yourself too much with others', 'The Japanese organization glimpsed from "The Enemy in the Belly" (Seicho Matsumoto, "Sado Runinkou Masterpiece Short Story Collection [4]" Shincho Bunko)', and 'The points to endure vary from person to person'. Please listen during your commute or in your spare time between work and chores.
Recommended Book: 'You Cannot Live Alone' (Shizue Yoro, Shueisha Bunko)
