This summer's menu highlights 'experiential dishes' that allow customers to cook at their own tables, as well as 'Neapolitan fisherman-style ceramic plate grills' with a spicy touch, fresh 'sashimi' dishes that bring out the natural flavors of ingredients, and fragrant 'specialty dishes.' The lineup is designed to let customers enjoy the fun of summer with all five senses, accompanied by the scent of the sea.

Furthermore, by registering your planned 'Mekiki no Ginji,' 'Yokohama Uoman,' or 'Hamayaki Hokkaido Uoman' store in the 'Favorite Store Registration' feature of our official 'Monte App,' you will receive a coupon (delivered every Monday) that allows you to enjoy 'Natural Shrimp Fried with Fish Sauce' for just 100 yen!
