Monteroza Group Hosts 'Men-so-re! Okinawa Fair' from June 11th, Featuring Seasonal Ingredients and Okinawa-Inspired Dishes at 'Shirokiya' and 'Wara-wara' Nationwide

Monteroza Co., Ltd. will host the 'Men-so-re! Okinawa Fair' at 'Shirokiya' and 'Wara-wara' stores nationwide (excluding some locations) for a limited time from June 11 (Thursday) to September 9 (Wednesday), 2026. This fair features seven authentic Okinawa-themed dishes using traditional condiments and iconic ingredients to spice up the Japanese summer.

Highlights include grilled pork shoulder with Okinawa-style 'abura-miso', a chanpuru stir-fry using Okinawa soba broth with summer tomatoes and bitter melon, and a creative dish using 'Okinawa Limited Edition Bon Curry®'.

For dessert, a set featuring milk ice cream and Sata Andagi (Okinawa doughnuts) made with the famous local salt 'Nuchimasu' is available. The lineup aims to provide an Okinawa-getaway atmosphere within an Izakaya.

Furthermore, by registering 'Shirokiya' or 'Wara-wara' as favorite stores in the official 'Monte App', customers will receive a coupon to try a seasonal recommended menu item for 100 yen (delivered every Monday).
