Montedio Yamagata Co., Ltd. is pleased to announce that at the 13th Annual General Meeting of Shareholders and the Extraordinary Board Meeting held on April 28, 2026, the following executives were elected and appointed.

* The terms of office for some executives will run from the conclusion of the General Meeting of Shareholders related to the FY2025 results until the conclusion of the General Meeting of Shareholders related to the FY2026 results. * Other executives' terms will run from the conclusion of the General Meeting of Shareholders related to the FY2024 results until the conclusion of the General Meeting of Shareholders related to the FY2028 results.

The club aims to further strengthen its management structure and enhance its governance to support the sustainable development of its professional soccer operations.
