The season of pleasant spring light, mixed with anticipation and a little nervousness.
To all new first-grade elementary school students in Yamagata Prefecture who are embarking on a new journey in April 2026, congratulations on your enrollment.
Montedio Yamagata, together with our official partner EXCEED GROUP Co., Ltd., has donated "Montedio Yamagata Original Caps" to approximately 7,000 children throughout the prefecture.
This project, now in its third year, embodies our earnest wishes.
"May their daily commutes to and from school become even more enjoyable with their favorite hat."
"May they always feel the pride of their hometown, Yamagata, as they grow up healthy."
The first school route they take, meeting new friends, playing in the schoolyard during lunch break. We hope that this Montedio Yamagata original cap will always be by their side through all the joys and challenges children will experience over the next six years.
Under the club slogan "Yamagata Ichigan" (Yamagata United), we will continue to work hand-in-hand with local governments and partner companies to fully support the smiles of the children who will lead Yamagata's future.
